Damian is the CEO and founder of Circular Cities Worldwide and Chairman of the Circular Cities Summit. He is also the Chairman of International Federation of Landscape Architects Asia Pacific Region Advisory Board. He has served as President and held numerous leadership roles in various international groups and organisations. Damian has also been in senior management in the public service for more than a decade, supporting the transformation of Singapore into a City in Nature. He is also the founder of URDX Studio, a pioneering design firm specialising in spatial design using user-driven regenerative design experiences backed by neuroscience research and scientific approaches. Damian received three Ministers Award in 2007, 2012 and 2021. Notably, he was awarded The Public Administration Medal by the President of Singapore in 2020.

A former senior diplomat with almost three decades of experience in multilateral negotiations and geostrategic affairs, Jonathan served as Singapore’s Ambassador to Türkiye, Deputy High Commissioner to India, Bhutan, and Nepal, and First Secretary at the United Nations in New York. Since joining the private sector, he is Director of NextZen Minds Pte Ltd, a leading enterprise solutions and cybersecurity company with offices in Singapore, India, and Netherlands, serving global clients in the Healthcare, Fintech, and Edutech industries. He is also co-founder of Huntington Sistem Global Pte Ltd, a Singapore-Turkish joint venture company facilitating Singapore-Türkiye /Central Asia businesses. Notably, he was awarded the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM), or Public Service Medal, by the President of Singapore in 2019.
